Every single-zone system we list includes a pre-charged line set, and the product page states its length. Whether that length is enough is a question about the actual path between the two units, not the distance across the room.

How long is the included line set?
Each single-zone system lists the pre-charged Quick Connect line set included with it, and its length, among its components — read the figure there rather than assuming one length across the range. Multi-zone bundles take a length per room, and the configurator only offers lengths that exist in a factory-approved bundle.
Because the line set arrives pre-charged and sealed, it is not something to shorten to fit. Measure the route first and choose the length that covers it.

Measure the real route
Walk the path between each proposed indoor-unit location and the proposed outdoor location. Add the vertical drop inside the wall, every change of direction, and the horizontal run outside to the unit.
Note anything that constrains the path: a finished ceiling below, a masonry wall, a run that would cross a doorway, or an outdoor location that is further from the room than it looks. Keep every multi-zone room with its own route record so the configuration does not lose the room assignment.

- Vertical drop or rise between the two units
- Horizontal run outside, to the outdoor unit location
- Every change of direction along the path
- Anything in the way: masonry, a finished ceiling, a doorway, a deck

Resolve one exact bundle
The multi-zone configurator offers only the line-set lengths that exist in a published bundle, and resolves your choices to one exact component list.
Review that exact result and its product documents; a family label alone does not establish the components included with a particular bundle.

Carry the route record forward
Carry the room assignments, proposed equipment locations, exact selection, and open route questions into installation planning.
If the plan changes, resolve the bundle again rather than assuming the previous one still applies.
