What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you equipment and answer your questions.

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address.
• Order details: what you bought, when, and where it was sent.
• Installation request details you choose to submit: your ZIP code, property type, and any notes about your project.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Shopify. Your full card number is handled by Shopify and its payment processors and is never stored on our systems.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, to respond to questions and installation requests, and to keep the records we are required to keep as a retailer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who else handles it

This store runs on Shopify, which stores order and customer records on our behalf. Freight carriers receive the delivery details they need to complete your delivery. Beyond those, we share personal information only where the law requires it.

If you dispute a payment, we may provide your payment provider or financial institution with the transaction records described in our Payment, Billing, Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies so that features such as your shopping cart work.

We also use Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you visit, your IP address, and general device and browser information. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use this data to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell it.

Analytics is on by default. You can turn it off from the analytics control at the foot of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser and applies to this site until you clear your browsing data, and while it is off no request is made to Google at all. Data already sent cannot be retracted.

Asking what we hold

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call 937-794-5060 and we will verify who you are before acting on the request.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and warranty purposes.
